I finally did it! I signed the contract. Put pen to paper and swirled the ink across. In less than a second, I took the step to a brand new start which I am very grateful for.
I must admit that I didn't pray fervently about it. I actually remember praying only a few times. But I was confident in knowing that it's not so much about the choice we make but about how we handle what comes after. I felt that I had to take that tiny step of faith and put my hand in God's and say, "Ok Mr Father God Almighty, I'm going to go the distance with You and I'm glad You're here with me".
I'm really excited about this new phase. I think as we go along, we realise that it's not about the money (although that's very important.. haha..) as much as it is about the people and the welfare. Nobody wants to work for Ebenezer Scrooge.
But anyway, I hope things go well when I drop the bomb. Am really rather freaked out about it. Keep me in your prayers.
